Each reservation requires a credit card number as a guarantee. In some cases, to confirm the reservation, the Hotel performs a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the customer. Pre-authorization is not a purchase. It consists in verifying the validity of the card and in the consequent temporary blocking of the amount of the first night to guarantee the reservation.
If this pre-authorization is not successful, we will be forced against our will to consider the booking invalid. In case of cancellation outside the deadline, the structure is authorized to proceed with the collection; if there is no penalty, the structure will issue the pre-authorized sum.
The reservation must in any case be accompanied by written confirmation and the complete details of at least one valid credit card must be provided to the hotel.
Guests wishing to receive an invoice for the stay are requested to communicate their will during the confirmation phase as well as to promptly communicate the details of the same, otherwise the Hotel will produce a personal tax receipt.
